Damaged or Defective Products:
- We inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at crazikart01@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Once we receive your email and assess the damage or defect, we will initiate the return process. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence or return the product to us.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 1-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products beyond the initial 24-hour window after delivery, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
